We are very sorry for the confusion. Our printed items have
a 48 hour production time before they ship. The BBQ rubs are shipped as soon as possible so you can enjoy them that much sooner. The rubs are shipped from our facility in Texas, so depending on your location, there is a chance that they arrive after your printed items.  

Oh no! We're very sorry and want to clear this up as soon as possible. All our packages are shipped through USPS. You can track your package HERE. If the address is accurate and the package has not been marked as delivered, a claim may be placed no later than 30 days from the
expected arrival date for a replacement order. If they have marked your package as delivered but you don't see it, it may be at your door, in your mailbox, at your apartment main office, or even at your local post office. Please contact your local post office or speak to your mail carrier. If the post office has marked the package as delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
  

Our goal is to make every customer happy, but we cannot guarantee that we can edit or change your order before it ships. We can usually edit orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you need to edit a shipping address, billing address, product type, quantity, or color, please e-mail us at support@thekettleguy.com as quickly as possible.  

   

Production and printing time typically takes 48 hours and then the packages will be shipped from either Pennsylvania or Nevada depending on which is closer to your location

I am truly humbled to get international interest, but I have to apologize that we do not currently ship internationally. I would love to hear feedback though and I will be looking to add this capability in the future.
